Yesterday was leg day. I dont have my workout in front of me so I dont remember numbers but it was squats, lunges, one-legged deadlifts, leg extensions, and sitting as well as standing calf raises.
I was derpy and couldn’t figure out how to change the weight on lying leg curls so I did 100 lbs for a set before figuring it out durr. My butt hurts bad today. Oh and I did yoga!
Had a smoothie for breakfast, oatmeal and two eggs for lunch (repeat breakfasts are excellent for lazy people like me). Tried to just have soup for dinner but got super hungry and finished off some nacho bake but whatever, leg days will do that to you.
Shelby had some of the most consistent jogging ever. She’s been dropping her right shoulder a lot so we did a lot of spirals and two-tracking and she softened up a lot. Gave her a massage after and her poll was extra tense.
Probably no riding or working out this weekend, but am overdue for rest days anyway. On our way to a wedding reception and to stay with my fiance’s parents. Great people but they eat pretty much nothing but toast and pizza so we’ll be making a Trader Joe’s run shortly.we always feel like we might die of malnutrition after a weekend with them.
